You can cancel an order until it has been processed by calling us at our customer care numbers provided in the contact us page. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your account in the form of Cash back excluding processing fee.
For the ELearning Portals, any and all dissatisfied customers can opt for cancellation, which will be handled on a case to case policy. Refund for the same will also be decided after speaking with the customer.
